Camosun Bog field studies: Ecology of an urban bog

Meet at Camosun street and 19th avenue.  First block, your ETA is 8:30 please.  Second block, expect to meet at 10:45 sharp - I may not arrive there til then because of the weather - may take cover in the nearby elementary school between classes.  This trip is rain or shine.  If it's raining, get out your waterproof-breathables and layers. It might be freezing rain.  I know you have the gear. 

We will do a bog tour and note the key interactions within this urban ecosystem and the effect of changing abiotic conditions brought on by urbanization: particularly the effect of water levels, and nutrient levels.
